Yoga is the science of daily life, so its inclusion in our daily lives should be as a fixed routine, Its inclusion should be in our daily lives as a certain task, Yoga affects all aspects of life, the person's physical, pranic, mental, emotional and spiritual imperceptible.

 

Effects of Yoga Science begin outer side of body, which for most individuals is a practical and familiar starting point. Good health is the foundation of the entire pleasures. Health is the world, without it  all is cremation. Who is healthy? Sushruta Ayurveda texts of the famous sage writes: -


Samdosha: Samagnishch Samdhatu samkriyah|
Prasnnatmendriyaman:
swastha Etybhidhiyte ||

Born on May 7, 1984, After graduation, Acharya Dharmdev got PG Diploma in Human Consciousness & Yogic Science  and M.A.in  Yogic Science from Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar (INDIA). He joined Arogya Yog Niketan Chititsa kendra GK-2 New  DELHI, a Yoga Center as a Yoga Therapist & Yoga Trainer in 2004-2005.
